Job Description

  • Recruit and oversee dealers and key dealers in designated area.
  • Provide training to dealers and key dealers to ensure that quality of dealers and key dealers met our standards and requirements.
  • Ensure the quality of the network for customer satisfactions.
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans to acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customers, and generally achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Able to develop effective networking strategies.
  • Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
  • Prepare relevant weekly, monthly reports
  • Facilitate reliable delivery of product training to dealers and key dealers.
  • Ensure those necessary customer documents are returned within the set timeline.
  • Handle dealers and key dealers’ questions, complains and solutions propose.
  • Follow up with dealers and key dealers for sales progress.
  • Gather feedback from dealers and key dealers to develop recommended solutions.
  • Follow work plan consistently according to standard working procedure

Job Requirement

  • University qualifications in Business Related Discipline
  • Able to communicate in Chinese and English well (Khmer language essential)
  • Able to travel to province
  • At least 01 years sale experience with local or international organisations
  • Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact with customers, including liaison with line manager.
  • Experience in selling to customers based in a diverse range of industries.
  • Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and complex issues.
  • Experience in successfully managing expectations of multiple parties, internal and external.
  • Ability to remain intergraded to a team, while working remotely and independently.
  • Innovative, creative, flexible and conscientious with high-level communication skills.
