Job Description
- Assist walk-in rider or customers form all walk-in life, provide information and solution to customers.
- Handle dealer and customer’s complaints and provide potential solution to dealers if problem occurred.
- Generate daily customer walk-in and phone call report to line manager
- Get inform dealers assigned by line manager.
- Manage day to day operation in depot.
- Ensure the quality of the network for customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties or function if and when required, other duties assigned by line manager
- Generate relevant Daily, weekly, monthly reports.
- Make Sure branch office clean all time.
Job Requirement
- University qualifications in Business Related Discipline
- At least 01 years’ customer service experience with local or international organisations
- Good English skill (Khmer language essential)
- Able to communicate in English
- Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact with customers, including liaison with line manager.
- Able to use of Microsoft office
- Experience in customer services and selling to customers based in a diverse range of industries.
- Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and complex issues.
- Experience in successfully managing expectations of multiple parties, internal and external.
- Ability to remain intergraded to a team, while working remotely and independently.
- Innovative, creative, flexible and conscientious with high-level communication skills.
