Job Description
- Manage on database of resumes
- Build applicant sources by researching, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites
- Build strong networking with candidates
- Places job announcement in various media outlets
- Directly working on screening and interviewing of all new hires
- Refers shortlisted candidates for additional interviews with management and coordinating in interview schedules
- Job offer and salary negotiation
- Maintain good communication with all departments
- Daily, monthly and quarterly recruitment report preparation
- Handle documents of Position Requisition documents and join related meeting to discuss about recruitment request
- Other tasks that assigned
Job Requirement
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- A team player with leadership skills
