Qualifications & Requirements

1. Basic Requirements

• Nationality: Cambodian
• Gender :Female
• Language Skills: Chinese (Mandarin) (Fluent), English (Spoken & Write)
• Education: Garment, Textile, International Trade, Business, or related fields (preferred)

2. Work Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in garment manufacturing or garment trading companies
• Strong background in garment export business
• Proven experience in handling overseas customers (Europe, USA, Asia, etc.)
• Experience as Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager / Senior Merchandiser is preferred

3. Professional Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to work independently and manage customers without supervision
• Capable of direct communication and negotiation with overseas clients
• Strong knowledge of:
• Strong costing and pricing skills, able to prepare accurate quotations
• Familiar with garment production workflow and factory operations

4. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with overseas customers
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order negotiations
• Coordinate with production, sourcing, QC, and shipping teams to ensure:
• Follow up on samples, bulk orders, and production schedules

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

6. Preferred Qualifications (Advantage)

• Experience working with international brands
• Familiar with FOB / CIF / EXW terms
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Willing to travel or work closely with factory operations
