Job Description
1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for Room Air Conditioners (RAC), Package Air Conditioners (PAC), and VRF Air Conditioners (VRF).
2. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, and building owners.
3. Negotiation and Deal Closure: Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue.
4. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide comprehensive support to clients throughout the sales cycle.(Engineer and CS team)
5. Sales Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions using PACB's current sales management procedures.
Job Requirement
1. Experience in Industry: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in selling air conditioning systems or B2B products.
2. Technical Knowledge as a sales (No need Engineer level knowledge): Strong understanding of commercial air conditioning systems, including VRF systems, sufficient to engage in technical discussions.
3. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
4. Negotiation and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
5. Results-Oriented and Organized: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.

- Break time: 12:00 - 13:00
- Weekly time off: Sunday and Saturday (Second and third week)
- Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00 (First and Four week)
