Plan and develop sales strategy.
Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of a company’s sales staff to ensure an effective project sale teams.
Deliver sales pitches and technical presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our product and services.
Work closely with sales members to assist and development and implement of project sale growth and s drive pipeline and channel growth within the construction Industries
Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals.
Excellent communication and liaison skills, comfortable working with site engineers, and design teams.
Hold daily, weekly and monthly sales meetings
Develop key relationships and networks with Developers, MEP and Engineering companies, Architects and other Enterprises.
Plan and achieve company forecast sale targets ensure healthy profitability.
Maintaining and improve relationships with the all customers and clients.
