Job Description
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenues.
- Set annual sales goals and ensure they are met monthly.
- Analyze project market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Foster a high-performing sales culture through motivation, recognition, and reward programs.
Sales Operations Management
- Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring effective and efficient pricing processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with projects and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals with key customers and support sale team to close.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market shifts.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management and to sale departments.
- Keep knowledge of industry developments and competitor activities.
