Job Description

• Set up HR policies and Ensure compliance with Labor law.

• Monitor performance appraisals and employee feeback.

• Provide support for disciplinary actions and grievances.

• Collaborate with management on HR strategies and initiatives such as HR budget setting, risk assessment.

• Facilitate recruitment and hiring processes for new employees

• Develop, implement and monitor employee retention strategies.

• Respond to employee questions and concerns regarding company policies and procedures.

• Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

• Support & Set up program the implementation of Training & Development tools and concepts.

• Do Risk assessment report to management.

• Review on headcount budget plan .

• Review on company orientation.

• Other Tasks assigned as general affair.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management ,Administration or a related field .

• Experiences 4 years of Human resources , with a strong understanding of HR set up strategies and compliance , knowledge of labor law .

• Experiences with HR software and databases preferable.

• Preferable with interpersonal ,communication skill & organizational skills .

• Computer literacy is essential (Microsoft excel, word & power point).

• Communicate well in English and Khmer language .
