Job Description

1. Set clear team goals and KPIs

2. Delegate tasks and set project deadlines

3. Oversee day to day team’s operation and performance  

4. Do regular performance evaluation

5. Create a health and motivating work environment and atmosphere

6. Develop a well designed and motivating evaluation program

7. Communicate with teams about their performance  

8. Manage and lead the HSE team to the overall administration and implementation  

of HSE  

9. Initiatives, programs and procedure

10. Participate in the development and implementation of operational risk assessments  

to help in identifying and mitigating hazards for critical activities.

11. Conduct Behavioral Safety Audits (BSA) and high profile tours as per HESMS  

guidelines.

12. Carryout or arrange workplace HSE inspections and audits and ensure that any  

remedial recommendations are implemented.

13. Audit subcontractors for compliance with HSE systems and procedures

14. Maintain accident statistics, analyses trends and propose and take remedial actions  

where necessary  

15. Support and guide compliance team in establishing and processing HSE initiatives,  

programs and procedure  

16. Ensure that company HSE policies, procedures, regulations and objectives are  

effectively implemented

17. Foster continuous improvement of existing HSE Management systems through  

sharing of best practices

18. Monitor HSE Performance of Subcontractors and ensure contractual and other  

relevant requirements are satisfied adequately

19. Assist with investigation of accidents, incidents (include Near Misses) and  

dangerous occurrences and make recommendations to prevent recurrence.

20. Develop and manage HSE awareness campaigns.

21. Ensure that all critical activities are risk assessed and control measures are applied  

before execution

22. Manage activities undertaken by subordinates

23. Identify HSE training needs for subordinates

Job Requirement

- Experience in garment factory

- Legal HR Compliance  

- Experience compliance with adidas, Nike brands.
