Job Description
- Leasing Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy and desired tenant mix for residential properties.
- Identify and target potential tenants aligned with the positioning of our projects and market demand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns to attract tenants.
- Tenant Relations & Negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Lead lease negotiations, including terms, conditions, and renewal discussions for our residential units.
- Resolve tenant issues and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
- Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and rental benchmarks in residential real estate sectors.
- Provide regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market insights to senior management.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure timely handover of residential units to tenants.
- Collaborate with contractors to meet tenant requirements during move-in stages.
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all lease agreements comply with legal and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and rental payments for residential properties.
Job Requirement
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related fields, preferably with affordable housing, high-rise residential developments with.
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective leasing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Languages
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Khmer or other languages is an advantage.
