Job Description

- Manage the preparation of customs documentation for clearance at PPSEZ.

- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of customs clearance paperwork.

- Review invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other relevant documents before submission to the customs broker.

- Prepare authorization letters as required.

- Apply for import and transit permits with the relevant customs offices.

- Maintain, monitor, and update the status of transactions in the E-Customs system.

- Regularly coordinate with the Operations team, including AFF, OFF, CBT, and BT, to ensure seamless processes.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at PPSEZ, overseeing the availability of customs clearance paperwork, amendments, and other related requirements as part of daily operations.

- Handle the delivery and collection of invoices, packing lists, and supporting documents to and from customer factories in PPSEZ and the customs office as part of daily operations.

- Assist in the verification and validation of customs documentation.

- Provide support for external office-related tasks as needed.

- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirement

- Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in the Customs Clearance field are preferred.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Willingness to continuously explore and adopt new methods and approaches.

- Ability to analyse situations, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Good in written and spoken English.

- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
